Who are we?

The JayBee Group, Inc. owns and manages Three Dolphins Apartments, a small cluster of one-story apartments built in 1997.

The location couldn’t be better! Right in the heart of Spring Hill in Hernando County, Florida. Close to shopping, schools and medical services. Public transportation is available within walking distance.

With easy access to the new Suncoast Parkway, Three Dolphins Apartments is only 45 minutes away from downtown Tampa.

The Residence.

A total of 6 residences adjoin each other, while maintaining a maximum of privacy. When you come home, you will park your vehicle just a few feet away from the front door. You will enter into a spacious family room with vaulted ceilings; a bright kitchen with open breakfast bar and separate dining area complete the living space. Each of the two bedrooms accommodate a queen size bed and the bathroom has a tub with shower. Every room has a fan and you can bring your own washer & dryer.

The Grounds.

You will receive mail in your own locked mailbox and a free dumpster is available for your garbage; the parking area is lighted for your safety.
